The nozzle is fully serviceable and features a maximum flow rate of 140 lpm, designed exclusively for diesel use. It is NMI/NSC certified, making it suitable for resale applications. The nozzle also includes an integral swivel joint for ease of use and operates at a maximum working pressure of 72 PSI.

The ZVA Slimline 2 Automatic Nozzle is a robust, high-quality diesel nozzle designed for automatic shut-off, suitable for both resale fueling applications and use in flammable environments. Manufactured in Germany, this nozzle is engineered to prevent overflows by automatically shutting off when the vehicle tank is full. Additionally, the ZVA Slimline 2 features a two-position stay-open latch and comes standard with a No. 4 trigger guard, enhancing both safety and durability.

ZVA Ad Blue® Automatic Nozzle

The Automatic Shut Off ZVA Ad Blue™ Nozzle is specifically engineered for dispensing urea, also known as DEF, and water when used with the Piusi or ZVA Elafix 40 Magnetic adapter. The nozzle’s spout sensors are designed to permit fluid flow only after being magnetically activated by the Elafix 40 or Piusi adapter installed in the vehicle’s fill point. These Ad Blue™ nozzles are built to prevent accidental Ad Blue™ refills into diesel tanks and will operate exclusively in this setup.
