Description
Two-way type, pressure compensated flow control valve used to control filter housing pressure by regulating oil supply to the filter housing.
Note: The valve is fitted with a 5/6 bar spring. Oil viscosity and temperature will determine the cracking pressure. Sometimes the cracking pressure can be at 5.3 bar and other times 6.4 bar.
The exact cracking pressure depends on these variables:
- the oil viscosity
- how long the application has been running for
- temperature
